Email hello@gimme5.appfrom the address you paid with, mention which tool, and we'll refund you through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within a few business days.
Fine print
- Because you see your result before paying, most issues are avoided up front.
- Refunds are for tools that genuinely didn't work for your file.
- A refunded pass is deactivated.
