Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up. You pay for a tool and get a private link by email that unlocks it. Your credits live on that link.
Is there a watermark on my files?
Never. What you download is clean: no watermark, no branding, no catch.
What happens to the files I upload?
Files you upload are deleted automatically within 24-48 hours. The video compressor is even more private, because your video is processed inside your own browser and never leaves your device.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a tool didn't do what you needed, you can get a refund. Just contact us and we'll return your $5.
Do my credits expire?
No. Each $5 gives you a generous batch of uses, for example 1,000 image compressions. They don't expire with time, only when you've used them all.
How is this so cheap?
We only build the handful of features people actually use, and most processing runs on your own device or costs us almost nothing. No sales team, no ads, no venture money to pay back.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
